January’s meeting was closed to the public with only board members present.  The purpose of the meeting was strategic planning for 2023.  Current grants and future grants were discussed.  Grant funds are currently being used to fund a interim Executive Director position.  This person is assisting NIBA in building its membership, organizing the membership process, improving NIBA”s website, and additional duties to help the association move forward and offer greater support for the Guilds Lake Industrial District. 

 It was decided that the membership cycle will be July 1 – June 30.  Dues will be collected by July 30th.  For members joining mid-year, dues will be prorated at a rate of 50% starting in January.
