Andrew Fitzpatrick is the Director of Economic Development, at the Office of Mayor Ted Wheeler.  He will speak on the latest issues surrounding the emergency ban on small amounts of legal drugs, the camping initiative, and the latest measures the city is taking to clean things up.

March 13, 2024 – Lunch & Learn: Portland City Charter Reform and Your Business

The City of Portland will host its first election using geographic districts and ranked-choice voting in November 2024. This new form of government will significantly change the way your business works with elected officials in the city. Join us on March 13th where our special guest will be Lory Hefele. Lory is a member of the City Charter Change Committee for the City of Portland and will give us an overview of the changes we can expect in the coming months and ensure our small businesses stay connected to our local government.
